- ColorCODE Drug Screening Program is a random drug screening program administered by the Laboratory Division. This ColorCODE program is based on color assignments per testing frequency. The participant is assigned a color and instructed to call after 8am. If they do not show, the referring agency will receive a report that states failure to appear. All results are sent via confidential transmission. The cut-off time for making an appointment is 3pm.
