Rules For Testing: You are responsible for making it into the agency by 10:00 a.m., unless other arrangements are made through a program staff member in advance. It is your responsibility to remind the staff that you are required to provide a sample that day. Samples must be provide by 10am. You should arrive no later than 9:45am to provide your sample. Staff may extend your sample by no more than one hour then you must provide sample or it is a failure to supply same as a positive. You are required to bring any medication that you are currently taking.
